About the Bladesmith
Jarred Ball is a full time firefighter for The City of Houston, custom knife maker, loving husband, and devoted father of two. His workshop is located in Tomball, Texas, a suburb on the Northside of Houston. In the Fall of 2019 Jarred was selected to compete on the History Channel’s hit TV show, “Forged in Fire”, and went on to beat out three other blade smiths to be named the winner of Season 7 Episode 1 "Sword of Perseus". Jarred is currently an active member of ABS (American Bladesmith Society). His creations are hand forged, solely by him, and each and every client receives his 100%, sole dedication, along with his personal obsession to fit and finish that cannot be denied. He uses only the highest of quality products, personally specializing at making Hamons. Each creation isn’t shipped until it receives his direct seal of approval.
